How we operate
A shipment crosses several hands. Agree the cargo, cost scope, documents and destination before moving it, then keep the next action clear.
Shipment sequence
Use this sequence as a planning checklist. The written shipment scope confirms the work and the responsible parties for your selected service.
Goods, pickup, destination, packed measurements and ready date.
Review the mode, endpoint, included work, separate charges and validity.
Agree receiving instructions; reconcile arrivals and package references.
Confirm packing work, final data and which goods may be released.
Confirm acceptance, booking references and required documents.
Follow the confirmed route and transport updates for the shipment.
Confirm release requirements, document owners and the onward delivery plan.
Record delivery, receiving condition and any discrepancy to resolve.

Costs
Ocean, air, international road and CEP. Start with the cargo, choose the transport, then connect preparation and delivery.
Collection, receiving, consolidation, packing and handling: identify the selected work.
Mode, route, chargeable basis, surcharges and quote validity: compare the same shipment.
Release, customs-related work, duties, taxes and final delivery: ask which items are separate.
Worked planning example
Supplier A has 12 cartons ready; B has 8; C has 5 arriving later. Sending everything together requires a receiving list and a decision about the missing arrival.
Reconcile received, held and released cartons. Use final outer measurements and gross weights for the shipment; supplier estimates do not become final measurements simply because goods have arrived.
Worked planning example
A supplier order number, a warehouse receiving reference and a carrier tracking number can identify different stages. Searching the wrong number may return no result even when a package exists.
Separate confirmed events from assumptions: received locally, handed to a carrier, arrived at destination and delivered are distinct milestones. A missing scan does not by itself establish loss.
Illustrative planning example; quantities are invented, not a customer shipment or a quotation.
