When orders move in smaller batches to more destinations, each parcel still needs the right packaging, documents and delivery plan. Our CEP expertise connects those details from supplier handover to destination follow-up.
Compare service suitability, chargeable weight, transit estimate, tracking coverage and destination charges together. The lowest headline rate may exclude collection, remote-area delivery or duties.
Use a consistent shipment brief, parcel references and packing instructions across batches. Confirm receiving checks, consolidation and relabelling before release.
Agree tracking references, the receiving contact and the next action for clearance holds, missed delivery or returns. Keep photos and handover records linked to the shipment.
Plan a time-sensitive sample around its contents, dimensions and required arrival date.
Prepare parcel-level product descriptions, recipient details and delivery requirements for individual orders.
Review order frequency, supplier readiness and whether parcels, consolidated cargo or air freight best fit the batch.
Send the product description, parcel count, outer dimensions, gross weight, destination postcode, goods value and ready date. Agree the service, charging basis, document owner and delivery endpoint in writing.
Your parcel workflow
Use these resources to prepare the details and agree the next step with our team.
01
Record contents, packed measurements and recipient details before requesting a service.
02
Compare the same shipment and delivery endpoint across offers. Record separate charges and responsibility for duties.
03
Keep carrier references and handover records together. Check the next action when delivery or clearance needs attention.
The blank worksheet helps you compare offers; it contains no live rates or carrier recommendations.
Open WhatsApp or Telegram and share the details you have. We can confirm the rest together.
Share the contents, supplier details and destination before sending parcels. Our team can discuss receiving, consolidation, repacking and dispatch requirements as part of an agreed forwarding plan.
Describe each product, quantity and any batteries, liquids or fragile items.
Share outer dimensions, gross weight and package count.
Provide the destination address and receiving contact.
Chargeable weight
A light but bulky package can occupy more space than its gross weight suggests. Share both packed dimensions and actual weight.
The gross weight of the packed shipment.
Outer dimensions converted using the factor for the selected service.
Confirm the applicable comparison, divisor, rounding and minimum charges with the team.
Business execution
Use clear order-to-package records and release decisions so a combined batch still shows which parcels were received, dispatched, held or affected by an exception.
Agree who prepares each record and which work is included in the actual shipment scope.
Scope, timing and charges are confirmed for the specific shipment. Read the official Jeton Express service standards, then send the details directly to our team.
Scope & changes
Confirm priced tasks, responsibility and the conditions that reopen a decision.
Confirm final measurements, actual versus volumetric rules, minimums and any additional handling conditions for each parcel.
Specify receiving, grouping, repacking, storage and domestic returns separately; confirm the unit and authorization for each task.
Clarify remote-area or address-related charges, import handling, duties and return conditions; identify the payment responsibility.
Reconcile the approved order-to-parcel map, missing items and retained goods; approve a revised release list and any added handling before dispatch.
Recheck package mapping, address, contents and document consistency; confirm any carrier restrictions or charges, approve relabelling and retain the previous references.
Get the information ready
Agree the actual record owners, match the shipment facts and identify the work still awaiting confirmation.
Contacts, order references and expected parcel arrivals.
Descriptions, quantities, values and relevant product documents.
Address, postal code, receiving contact and any access instructions.
Prepare the details
Send the packed dimensions, actual weight and package count. Record each parcel separately; carrier limits and extra handling depend on the selected service and destination.
Use the product name, material, purpose, quantity, value and currency. “Samples” or “parts” alone do not identify the goods. Confirm the documents for your route before dispatch.
Confirm the full address and recipient contact details. A collection point or private mailbox may have its own parcel restrictions, separate from the carrier network limits.
Illustrative planning example
Goods from several suppliers are intended for two different recipients. Combining arrivals at origin does not mean both recipients can use one parcel or one delivery endpoint.
Establish who receives each finished package and where. Compare the same goods under the two accepted arrangements, including any repacking and further delivery; consolidation alone does not establish suitability or lower charges.
This is a planning example. Confirm acceptance, the included work and the proposed timing for the actual shipment.
Questions before shipping
Send the supplier and parcel details. Confirm the receiving references, consolidation work and release instructions with the team.
Confirm the exact receiving, consolidation, packing and dispatch work in your shipment scope.
Ask for the estimate and conditions for the selected service. Cargo readiness, dispatch availability and destination handling affect the overall timing.
Prepare, check & follow the shipment
Check the facts and agree the next step with the team. Share documents and personal details only in a private conversation.
Compare product, quantity, packaging, weight and batteries with the approved scope.
Updated description, photographs and measurements of affected packages.
Acceptance, documents and any cost changes before dispatch.
Check the carrier, reference, last event time and carrier handover evidence. A pause does not establish loss.

The next investigation and update step; do not assume a resolution date.
Compare expected and received counts; retain labels and evidence of external condition.
Receiving record, package count and photographs of packages and labels.
Separation, handling and release approval; review any claim separately.
Returns & reverse logistics
Confirm the return endpoint, approval and handling scope before moving packages.
Use the existing guides to check product descriptions and identify each finished package.
A return code can help a participating counter print a transport label. Confirm the retailer’s instructions and the accepting location before taking the parcel there.
Compare the finished parcel, the shipment booking and the invoice before deciding why a charge changed.
Separate electronic shipment information from the recorded handover of the physical parcel. Check the carrier’s own status wording and the sender’s records before concluding what happened.
Transport charges, government duties and taxes, and clearance service charges are different items. Check the written scope and the shipment’s billing instructions before paying or disputing a destination bill.
