Connect the international freight stage with release documents, local transport and the receiving handoff.
Discuss failed attempts, address changes, return instructions, storage and any separate charges with the team.
Global courier, express & parcel markets
Use the destination, product and final packed measurements to compare suitable parcel and delivery arrangements.
Spain · Portugal · Germany · France · Italy · Benelux · Nordic and Central European markets
Compare tracked parcel and express options, recipient details, local handoff and destination charges.
United Kingdom · Ireland
Confirm the postcode, carrier division, importer details and the applicable destination handling.
United States · Canada
Plan consumer and business parcels using ZIP or postal code, packed size, commodity and the final delivery address.
Australia · New Zealand
Review postcode-based delivery, commodity acceptance, remote-area exposure and the complete transport scope.
Japan · South Korea · Singapore · Malaysia · Thailand · Indonesia · Vietnam
Japan is included in our existing parcel-route materials. Other destinations are assessed for the actual goods, postcode and service.
United Arab Emirates · Saudi Arabia · Qatar · Kuwait · Oman · Bahrain
Discuss parcel feasibility, receiving contacts and commercial or warehouse delivery. Route and cargo acceptance are reviewed before dispatch.
Brazil · Mexico · Chile and other destinations
Our existing parcel materials include Brazil. Review other destinations separately, including recipient information and the local handoff.
India · North Africa · South Africa and other destinations
Send the destination and shipment brief for a route review. Freight or carrier-directory presence does not establish an active parcel lane.
Existing project materials include parcel routes to 37 countries. Current service availability, coverage, restricted goods, charges and timing are confirmed for your shipment.
Beyond arrival
A door delivery endpoint does not automatically include duties, taxes or every import responsibility. Confirm the agreed commercial scope.
Share business or residential status, building or unit information, postcode, access restrictions and receiving hours.
Appointments, redelivery, waiting, storage, remote-area access and unloading can affect the delivery plan and charges.
Keep both the origin shipment reference and any destination carrier number. A delivered scan and warehouse receiving registration are different records.
A port or airport arrival is one stage of the journey. Discuss the destination address, release requirements and delivery conditions early so the onward handoff can be considered in the shipment plan.
Share the delivery country, city and address details.
Clarify who handles documents and destination requirements.
Flag delivery appointments, access restrictions or unloading needs.
The final handoff
Confirm whether the arrangement ends at a port, airport or receiving address.
Agree document owners, the receiving contact and appointments.
Discuss vehicle access, receiving hours and any unloading equipment.
Business execution
Destination arrival does not establish collection readiness or delivery; agree release evidence, receiving access and the final handoff record.
Agree who prepares each record and which work is included in the actual shipment scope.
Scope, timing and charges are confirmed for the specific shipment. Read the official Jeton Express service standards, then send the details directly to our team.
Scope & changes
Confirm priced tasks, responsibility and the conditions that reopen a decision.
Which destination formalities and collection stages are included, and which charges or instructions must be confirmed before pickup?
How are the delivery vehicle, waiting, rebooking and partial deliveries priced for the agreed location and window?
Who arranges and pays for unloading and any empty-container return, and which equipment or additional movements are excluded?
Record the outstanding release condition and its owner; revise the pickup appointment with the provider and await collection confirmation before dispatching the vehicle.
Check the current shipment stage; revise vehicle access, unloading and appointment details, then obtain acceptance and any cost approval before the changed delivery.
Get the information ready
Agree the actual record owners, match the shipment facts and identify the work still awaiting confirmation.
Address, receiving contact and any access conditions.
Documents required for the destination handoff.
Appointments or other receiving requirements.
Prepare the details
Share the exact receiving location, contact, appointment requirements and unloading equipment. Confirm access restrictions and which delivery stage is included in the agreed scope.
Keep the shipment reference, package count and receiving record together. For container delivery, clarify empty return responsibility and keep the relevant interchange records.
If delivery or cargo condition differs from the plan, send the reference, event details and available photos. Agree the next action with the team; an investigation does not establish a compensation outcome.
Illustrative planning example
The final address is known, but the receiver has not confirmed vehicle access, unloading equipment or the delivery appointment. Collection by the receiver and delivery to that site cover different work.
Choose the handoff point and confirm who arranges and pays for each selected task. For site delivery, obtain the receiver’s access, appointment and unloading confirmation; specify lifting or other site work separately before approving the arrangement.
This is a planning example. Confirm acceptance, the included work and the proposed timing for the actual shipment.
Questions before shipping
Ask the team to specify the endpoint and included stages. A port-to-port quotation and door delivery quotation have different scopes.
Responsibilities depend on the shipment arrangement. Confirm the respective roles before proceeding.
Contact the team as early as possible. Changes may affect transport options, timing and charges.
Prepare, check & follow the shipment
Check the facts and agree the next step with the team. Share documents and personal details only in a private conversation.
Check the carrier, reference, last event time and carrier handover evidence. A pause does not establish loss.
References, a screenshot of the last event and the affected package count.
The next investigation and update step; do not assume a resolution date.
Check the current stage and differences between the previous and new destination.
Corrected full address, receiver and access conditions, privately.
Feasibility, labels, documents and costs. A requested change does not establish accepted redirection.
Compare expected and received counts; retain labels and evidence of external condition.
Receiving record, package count and photographs of packages and labels.
Separation, handling and release approval; review any claim separately.
Returns & reverse logistics
Confirm the return endpoint, approval and handling scope before moving packages.
Separate electronic shipment information from the recorded handover of the physical parcel. Check the carrier’s own status wording and the sender’s records before concluding what happened.
Transport charges, government duties and taxes, and clearance service charges are different items. Check the written scope and the shipment’s billing instructions before paying or disputing a destination bill.
